The “PA” (as opposed to MA) indicates it was personalized. In this case, I ordered it directly from Apple and had the initials KES engraved on the back.
All functions work, however the center button is a bit finicky/flaky, most likely because it has been sitting unused for years.
Back cover is scratched up due to normal wear and tear (it was used by a teenager). No other damage.
Seems to hold a charge for a few of days if not being used.
No cable, charger or headphones included.
