Near mint: No superficial marks. Record appears mostly unplayed

Excellent: Between VG++ and near mint; one or two superficial marks that should not affect play

VG++: More than one or two light superficial marks; might be one or two light scratches that may cause some surface noise, but nothing deep or feelable

VG+: Four to six light scratches that will affect the sound quality but still nothing deep or feelable

VG: Deep feelable scratches
