The jacket has some light marks on the back and a pull on one small area but otherwise no other issues. Tush tag is attached. Lights up when you push the button on the top of the left paw (paw without the BAB pawprint). Requires 3AAA batteries (not included). Comes from a smoke free, pet friendly home.
