Terms and Conditions

We offer a replacement or credit guarantee for defective products, provided the defect is due to faulty materials or workmanship. To qualify, defective products must be returned to us immediately. Please note that labor costs associated with replacing or repairing defective products are not covered by this guarantee.

In some cases, we may ask you to send the defective item to our warehouse for inspection. Please note that all shipping costs and applicable taxes are the customer's responsibility.

Furthermore, we are not responsible for any indirect losses or damages resulting from the use of our products.

Warranty claims must be made within twelve months or 12,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of shipment. Please note that the warranty will be void if the product has been used in motor racing, racing, or performance.

Delivery Policy

Delivery to mainland UK:

• Next day delivery available for orders placed before the cut-off time.
• Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and location.

International and European orders:

• Local taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
• We cannot accept responsibility for the payment of local taxes.

Return policy

At Brussels Engine Parts, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you need to return an item, please carefully review our return policy below:

Return period:

• Items must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date.
• Before returning an item, please contact us for your consent and detailed instructions on the return process.
• Items returned without our agreement will not be accepted and will remain the customer's responsibility.

Handling charges:

• A 15% handling fee will be applied to accepted returns.
• This fee covers the administrative and processing costs associated with the return.

Return policy for non-EU countries and international customers

Taxes and fees:

• We are not responsible for any taxes or fees incurred on returns from international or non-EU countries.
• Any charges required to clear the returns will be deducted from your account.

Packaging and collection:

• All items must be returned in their original packaging, free from marks or damage caused by the customer.
• Returns will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or damaged.
• It is the customer's responsibility to arrange collection of the item within 7 days of our notification.
• We will not be responsible for the storage of returned items.
