When tuning the R-Series speakers, the focus was on the particular

important frequencies in the high and low frequencies.

This means that a lot of power can be put into a very convincing and powerful reproduction.

This makes them the perfect one in terms of power and performance

Complementary to the R-Series subwoofers and amplifiers.

The new 2022 R-Series speakers are all Hi-Res Audio certified and have frequency response

of up to 40 kHz. For the first time, the R-Series includes a 3-way system

and you can now choose between a professional and standard speaker series.

2-way coaxial speakers

The R2-S65 is the 2-way coaxial model of the new 2022 R-Series. It has a 16.5 cm woofer

as well as an integrated tweeter with a frequency response of up to 40 kHz.

Glass fiber reinforced membrane

The woofer is equipped with a completely new glass fiber reinforced membrane. This material is very stiff and extremely light, resulting in super-fast response and extremely precise music reproduction.

Plastic basket and strong magnets

The standard models (R2-S65, R2-S65, R2-S69C and R2-S69) have sturdy plastic baskets (PRO models with die-cast aluminum baskets). This means that these speakers are attractively priced and still offer excellent stability. They are therefore suitable, compared to their predecessors,

with the same installation depth, for larger magnets.

Hi-Res Audio certified metal dome tweeter

The all-new magnesium tweeters deliver clear, detailed music reproduction and play up to 40 kHz (Hi-Res Audio). These tweeters can be swiveled in their housing to precisely align them with the listening position.

HAMR multi-roll surround

Alpine's HAMR (High Amplitude Multi-Roll) surround allows maximum, linear excursion for highest sound pressure levels, while at the same time stabilizing diaphragm movement across the entire stroke for maximum bass response

New speaker grills

The new speaker grilles in a hexagonal honeycomb design are extremely stable and enlarge

not the overall installation diameter of the speaker.
