All you need to do with this item is drill 2 holes in your wall at 112mm centres, fit your chosen wall plugs and then screw to the wall.

This is a 3D printed item and is very strong. It does not, however, like screws being driven into it with 700 tons of pressure behind it!! 

Please, only do up your wall screws enough to hold the part against the wall.

You will not be hanging a church from it so it does not need to be tight!!!
