Returns and Warranty

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
1. All returned goods must not be physically damaged or tampered with.Warranty is void otherwise.
2. Customer is fully responsible for secured and proper packaging of the returned goods. Seller is not liable for any losses or damages occurred during transit.
3. Returned goods are not accepted without a completed RA Form (Online) & RMA number.
4. Detailed fault / reason for COM of the returned goods must be clearly stated on the RA Form.Failure to do so will cause delay in the warranty process.
5. A RMA number issued does not equate for credit refunds, replacement, or repairs.
6. Purchase invoice must be attached with the returned goods.
7. DOA Claims must be accompanied with purchase invoice, and reported within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Customer pays return postage.
