Most items in PHOEN1X1 store are preowned (used condition) and purchased through estate sales or auctions.
While our home is pet and smoke free, the auction item(s) may not be. I do my best to catch these items, but I am human and do make mistakes. Please contact me if such an item is sent so that we can determine what, if any, steps need to be taken.
REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICIES
Returns:
- Returns will not be accepted for issues that were noted and/or photographed and/or described under eBays definition of "Item condition".
- If a RETURN is required, item should be sent in original packaging and the item needs to be received in original condition. Otherwise, a partial or full deduction will be made from refund.
- This store will not refund shipping charges on returned items.
Broken Items / Damaged Items due to shipping carrier:
In order for a refund / return to be accepted for a damaged item, I need the following for claims purposes:
- Photographs of broken item(s)
- Photographs of box as it was received with packaging materials and with label
- All items must be saved until claims process is completed. Notification will be sent when claims processes are completed and items can be disposed of.
