Some items are marked “Made in China” and some are marked with the brand name “EPOCH” instead of Sylvanian Families, as shown in the photos.

This set was previously owned by a child, but it was handled very carefully and kept in good condition. Overall, it is in beautiful condition with only minor signs of use.

The original box for the house is included.
