The payment of the goods must be made within 48h except for agreements previously agreed with the sales manager. In the case of unpaid goods within 48h, the company reserves the right to cancel the order with an object not paid for eBay.
Starting from the verification of the availability of payment, the orders made on eBay are processed and shipped the next working day. The delivery of the goods generally takes place within two working days on most national destinations (Italy), except for islands and areas that are difficult to reach, and except for delays or problems attributable to the courier. During the order, it is mandatory to communicate a valid cell contact, as a reference, to facilitate the delivery operation. Upon delivery, the customer is required to verify the integrity of the package delivered to him. In the event of a damaged package, the customer is required to contest the incident to the carrier, by placing the wording "retreat with reserve" on the transport document and later contacting us to report the incident in the event in which the article inside is actually damaged.
Our goods enjoys the right of withdrawal as required by Italian law. Within the term specified in the announcement, we accept the return of the goods that must be sent back to the same starting address.
