We offer Express shipping by FedEx and DHL, Economy and SpeedPAK Economy shipping by Japan Post.
All items will be shipped with a tracking number, so you can order without worrying about delivery.
After the procedure is completed, we will send you a URL where you can check the delivery status at any time.

- We can only ship to the address registered in eBay.
- If you want to ship to a different address, please change the address on eBay before placing your order.
- We can ship from Monday to Friday.
- We cannot ship on weekends because the shipping company is closed.
- We cannot ship to PO boxes.

Return
We offer a standard 60-day refund or exchange policy. If you would like a full refund, you must return the item in its original condition. Please note that we will not refund any damage or missing items other than the product packaging.
Warranty
The warranty is only valid in Japan.
If the purchaser wishes to have the product repaired under warranty, they must send the product to us in Japan.
The round-trip shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If you need to have the product repaired in your own country under warranty, please refrain from ordering this product.
