* Handling and Shipping Time:
• This is Print on Demand (PoD) product, it will take 2 – 4 working days for production. Items which have QC issues may need more time for production.
• Standard shipping/transit times apply: 4–7 working days within the US and 7-15 working days for international. (2-6 additional days due to external factors beyond our control).
* Cancellation:
We can only accept the cancellation if item is still in processing stage. We have no way to hold item once it is in production stage. Normally items will be moved to production 1 day after purchasing.
* Replacement/ Return Policy:
• We guarantee the highest product quality and workmanship. Any defect or mistake on our part will be replaced at no charge.
• Returns are not accepted for customer errors such as wrong size, color or design, etc.
