Description

The CD is factory sealed in a resealable plastic sleeve, not in traditional shrink wrap. Never opened.

The packaging has slight age-related wear, but it still reflects the condition it had at the time of release.

This HDCD release faithfully reproduces the original 1970s vinyl LP edition, including the obi design and overall packaging, as a replica CD.

Under U.S. law 50 U.S.C. 1702(b)(3), it is widely understood that vinyl records, CDs, music magazines etc. as "informational materials," remain exempt from duties, even after the end of the de minimis rule. While some sources have reported that these items may still be subject to duties based on their country of origin, the information is still conflicting.

For the time being, I will continue to ship via DDP with no extra charges on your end. Please be aware that I may need to adjust my shipping method depending on how the situation develops with customs agencies and carriers.

(Update as of October 1): At present, eBay SpeedPAK automatically adds estimated customs duties and clearance fees, so I've had to include those charges in the shipping cost.
