FEDEX SHIPMENTS
Many of our products are delivered via UPS or FedEx and may not require a signature upon delivery (the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the discretion of the delivery person). Tracking of shipments by UPS or FedEx can be done through the respective carrier websites.
TO-THE-DOOR FREIGHT DELIVERY
We provide To-the-Door Delivery by contracted freight carriers, which is the standard shipping method for items that are too large or heavy for shipment with normal package carriers. Deliveries are made via truck Monday through Friday and will require someone to be present during the delivery. The carrier will call you in advance to schedule a delivery appointment that works with your schedule. To-the-Door Delivery deliveries are made outside the main home entrance or condo / apartments delivery will be made to concierge or managers office. Transporting the item into the home or other area and disposing of packaging material is the customers responsibility. Upon delivery and before you sign the carriers delivery receipt, it is important to inspect your package to check that all items are accounted for. If anything is missing or damaged, please note it in detail on the delivery receipt and email us so we can resolve the problem. If an item is missing or damaged, we will ship a replacement part when possible or may arrange for a complete replacement.
RETURNS
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy form the date it was delivered.
Please contact us prior to opening a return & let us know what the problem is so we can take care of it for you.
If an item needs to be returned for any reason please make sure it is still in an unused condition & repacked in the
original packing it arrived in. Items returned for any reason other than damage or defect are subject to a 20% restocking
fee & original shipping.
