Nice lot of 4 dropped .54 "tie-ring" Sharps lead bullets from the Civil War, dug on private property at Fort West New Mexico.  Fort West was established in 1863 and was located on the upper Gila River in the heart of Apache Country.  It was garrisoned by soldiers from the California Volunteers who marched into New Mexico during the Confederate invasion. These would make a great display of Civil War relics from the southwestern Apache Wars!  Please see all of the photos above for condition.  Thanks for looking!
