Some of the packages cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Customer is responsible to ensure PO Box address given is deliverable by the shipping company. All returns must be filed through Ebay within 14 days with RMA numbers written on the package, no exceptions will be made. Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. 

Please obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before you ship package back. The RMA numbers need to be written on the return package. Packages without the RMA numbers may result in delay of your return process. 

All refused packages will be charged with actual shipping cost incurred from the shipping /return, plus a 20% restocking fee will be charged. 

20% Re-Stocking fee will strictly enforced on all cancel order, change of mind, just didn't like it order returns. 

International customers will be responsible for Duties & Taxes incurred from the return or refused packages on top of shipping costs. 

All the returned Items must be in brand new unused condition, without any signs for installation or modifications.
