Fresh back from the dry cleaners this is an extremely rare piece of Las Vegas memorabilia. There's a small discoloration on the front.

Problem is the back is starting to flake. When I picked it up from the dry cleaners I realized some of the lettering had came off. And I'm not sure how to stop it from advancing with where and tear
