The bracelet looks like it could be handmade and is signed 925 at the clasp.  We tested the square blocks that spell " Barrie" and those as well are testing positive for sterling 925 silver. 

 There are bluish color stones on both and there small star style charms in between each bead or stone.   

The bracelet is very nice and is a nice find.
