Hi there,
I'm selling a really cool recent find.
This is a collection of three early editions of Playgirl magazine from 1974, with the consecutive months of May, June, and July.
Each issue includes the original fold-out poster that made the magazine famous, with all three colour centrefolds intact and in great condition.
Garrison Wayne, Christopher George and Lou Zivkovich in all their 70s glory.
With loads of other full colour photos, interesting articles and some really amazing vintage adverts.
Please see the photos and feel free to ask any questions.
Published in the United States by Douglas Lambert, a Los Angeles-based nightclub owner, these fully illustrated magazines cater to a mix of women's and men's interests, making them a unique addition to any vintage collection.
From the net, thanks to playgirl:
"Born in 1973, Playgirl made its mark as the first mainstream publication focused on erotic entertainment for women. Throughout its many incarnations over the years, Playgirl has remained a beacon for the freedom of sexual expression.
Offering a fearless exploration of sexuality, Playgirl continues to blaze a path to expand minds, ignite desires and spark new
fantasies, reminding readers that it’s okay to watch."
For most of its history, the magazine printed monthly and was marketed mainly to women, though it developed a significant gay male readership.
Being part of an international revolution, these magazines offer an amazing glimpse into the culture and lifestyle of the mid-1970s.
I will pack them very carefully for travel.

Thanks for looking, and i'm always open to reasonable offers.
