MIRIAM HASKELL SIGN 50'S 3-PC SET: Pink Pâté de Verre & Givre Beads Ice Clear Crystal Rondelle Brass Accents

For your consideration, a rare and exquisitely beautiful  string/strand rope lariat necklace, with matching button style floret clip on earrings and wire wrap memory bracelet designed and handmade for Miriam Haskell CIRCA in the 1950's.

The earrings are small gold gilt brass molded florets.  The petals of the flowers are molded and curved and the surface of each petal is designed with tiny gold gilt brass granules, Etruscan style.   The center of each earring has a small baroque pale pink givre Czech bead.  They fasten with lever back clips.  The back of the lever of each earring is signed "HASKELL".

The necklace is design with round 10mm pâté de verre art glass beads, small baroque pale pink givre Czech beads and tiny transparent pink seed beads.  The beads are accentuated by large almond shaped pâté de verre art glass beads, ice clear crystal rondelle and gold gilt filigree bead caps.

Both ends of the necklace is adorned with a tassel of two dangles of almond shaped beads. The almond shaped beads are accentuated by gold gilt corrugated bead caps and ice clear rose montée.

Main beads in dangle are ~

~  a striped pastel pink gripoix bead almond shaped edges, 20 x15x10mm, each of which is adorned with gilt brass filigree bead caps  each handwired with ice rose montée.     A 4mm baroque pink givre czech bead sits on top of the  on top of the almond shape gripoix bead in a rondelle,

~  pink pâté de verre round beads, 10mm and pale pink givre baroque Czech glass bead, 4mm form the extension chain between the necklace and the tassel.

The dangle can be worn to the front, the side or the back of the neck.  The necklace is long enough to go around the neck at least three times maybe four.  The necklace has no fastening as it is a lariat, so it is worn loose wrapped around the neck or tied.   The necklace has a hang tag attached to the start of one of the dangles.  It is signed “MIRIAM HASKELL" on one side and the other side is embossed.  This particular style hang tag was used in 1950’s – 1960’s and is indicative of the age of the necklace.

The bracelet  is design with the same  pink pâté de verre art glass beads  and tiny transparent pink seed beads as the necklace.  The round pâté de verre beads are accentuated by almond shaped pâté de verre art glass beads, 20 x15x10mm, small ice clear crystal 6mm rondelle and small baroque pale pink givre glass baroque beads which form stations along the length of the bracelet.  This assists with anchoring the beads and prevents slipping.    There are a total of five stations along the length of the bracelet.

Both ends of the bracelet is adorned with a tassel of two dangles of  pink marbled pâté de verre art glass beads.  The beads are tear-drop shaped and each has a tiny gold gilt brass bead cap on both ends of the bead.

It has no fastening as it is a memory wire wrap, so it is worn wrapped around the wrist.

There is a hang tag attached to one end of the bracelet near the dangle.  It is signed “MIRIAM HASKELL" on one side and the other side is embossed.  This particular style hang tag was used in 1950’s – 1960’s and is indicative of the age of the bracelet.
