Vintage Tour-Aid cast aluminum cone, the top has a steel threaded section. Tour-Aid was a company that made stabilization and weight distribution parts for trailers/campers. Not exactly sure what this part is for. Used with various signs of age and wear. Please review the photos closely. #867
