This listing is for the vintage 1939-1940 Metropolitan Opera House season program. There are some very old advertisements in this booklet such as Clicquot Yellow Label Champagne, Buick, Corday Paris Perfume, and more. The repertoire included some of the greats such as Louise, Das Rheingold, Manon, Lucia Di Lammermoor, Otello, Orfeo Ed Euridice, and La Traviata. Box Holders included J.P. Morgan, The Vanderbilts, Miss Iselin, Mrs. Thomas Jefferson Mumford, and many more. There are some little bends, corner nicks, spine creases, and other minor defects.
