Needle is loose and disconnected.  Both of the screws that hold the gauge face on have backed out and are loose.  

The rubber ring that covers the bezel has a mark on the bottom (circled in pictures), but is otherwise very good.

The locating clips on the housing cup are damaged -- circled in last picture -- but the cup is otherwise dent-free and in good condition.

The damper that goes between the gauge and the cup is distorted, disintegrated, and poor.
