This Knife is made of Aonikou(Yasuki Blue Steel#2) at the core of the blade, squeezed into Stain Resistant Steel(called "Warikomi" made by Awase method) ,
with Black Composite Wood Handle.Aonikou(Yasuki Blue Steel #2) has been the most popular Hi-Carbon Steel for Japanese Professional Knives with durable sharpness.
