I would rate it at  9 of 10. It will be shipped without any accessories just as pictured. No other accessories will be included in this auction, look at the pictures above.  

Cap has been used but is in good condition, cap looks good. It has normal wear from use. It has some scratches from use. I don't see any damage. Condition may vary slightly, since all caps are used. Non of them are in mint condition.
