While we make every attempt to point out any flaw seen by the naked eye, DW Foley Traders is not a professional card grading company and makes no guarantees for a specific grade (Especially PSA 10) with any grading company. 

Ungraded cards (RAW cards) are sold in used condition and Near Mint or better as per eBay selling guidelines.

Shipping: 

When FREE Shipping is offered, all graded items and RAW singles with a value greater than $20 ship in a Bubble Mailer. 

Standard sized singles under $20 will ship Plain White Envelope inside of semi rigid #1 card holder or top loader for thicker cards (the Plain white envelope must remain thin to be processed by USPS).

Any top loaders used for shipping are for protection purposes, there is no guarantee for visual quality of the top loader (there may be scratches on the top loader) - structural integrity of a top loader will be in tact and provide protection for the card.
