Rare Tory Burch tote. Navy blue patent leather or vinyl fabric with Tory logo needlepoint on front and blue nerdy on back. This bag has been used but still lots of life left. Where the handles meet the gold buckles are wrinkly and starting to crack in places from handles moving and hitting buckle and well , just normal use.
