This is a Pacific Rim Uprising Bracer Phoenix figure. I'm not sure what brand it is, but I got it with a bunch of stuff that originated from Japan, so it may be a Japanese figure (not sure though). See pictures for details.
CONDITION: May be missing pieces, and could be damaged in some spots. Overall, though, looks to be in good shape to me. See pictures for condition details.
