This is a vintage 1st printing 1988 Web of Spider-Man #36 with the 1st appearance Tombstone, complete story and produced by Marvel Comics. The comic would grade a Fine condition with spine stressors, creasing and a very healthy amount of corner/edge damage preventing any higher grade.
