WE NEVER CHARGE A HANDLING FEE. Ebay calculates the shipping cost.  If you have a problem with your item please do not give me a negative or neutral rating or file a grievance until you email me the reason why you are not happy with the item.  I do the packing to the best of my ability, but sometimes the post office is not too delicate with items, and although rare, I do make mistakes occasionally, please be understanding, GIVE ME TIME TO DO WHAT I CAN DO. Items come from a smoke free household. I ship on Tuesdays and Fridays. I live at the Bottom of Florida and the post office charges postage by distance, so most states are postal zone 8 and a lot farther away from me than if I were in the middle of the country.  We pack these items well and we have had some arrive broken, not by us but by the way the Post Office handles the packages. Please check out my other auctions, I try to keep a wide variety listed.  All items will be shipped to the confirmed address listed with Ebay so please keep your mailing address up-to-date with Ebay. "Return Policy"----I do not accept returns unless the item I have sold is completely different from what I have listed. If the item is not as I have listed, or pictured, then it is an option. If the item arrives damaged by the post office that is not something that I have control over. I package the items well and books are wrapped in plastic and put in a bubble mailer. I try to protect the items the best that I can. I will refund money if the item is returned to me--if it is broken due to something that I did. Buyer's remorse is not a valid reason.
