The Dog Bulík toy is made according to the design of designer Jan Čapek - winner of the Czech Grand Design - Designer of the Year 2013 award.
Jan Capek (* 1976 *)
He graduated from SUPŠ Turnov, majoring in grinding and engraving of precious stones, JE Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem, Faculty of Arts and Design, Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague, majoring in Metal and Jewelery, and subsequently majoring in Design.
He worked for two years at the European design center of the company Electrolux (2nd place in the world competition for design students for the design of a washing machine for men). He originally designed a case for a glass bottle of Pininfarina for Karlovy Vary Mineral Waters, followed by a whole portfolio of PET bottles. Breweries from the Plzeňský prazdroj group use glasses for Radegast and Velkopopovický Kozel from it and bottle it into several PET bottles designed by him.
In addition to his own design work, he currently runs the Product Design Studio at the University of Ústí nad Labem. He is one of the authors of new inflatable toys - Dog and Formula - for Fatra Napajedla.
