Description:

The organic wheel GS-900 is a highly precise, calibrated densitometer for the quantitative analysis of proteins, nucleic acids and other biomolecules on gel and membrane. The system is optimized for professional blot and gel documentation and is ideal for applications in molecular biology, biochemistry, proteomics and clinical research.

With a highly sensitive CCD camera, automatic calibration and a precise optical system, the GS-900 provides reproducible, linear data via a wide dynamic range. The supplied organic wheel Imagelab software enables comprehensive quantitative evaluation, including gang analysis, volume determination, normalization and report generation.

The device supports numerous membrane and dyeing methods (e.g. Coomassie, silver, ponceau s, blotting with HRP/AP or dye conjugate) and also provides reliable results even with slightly expressed targets.
