Antique Amethyst Purple Drug Store Apothecary Jar Circa 19th C

Beautiful large apothecary jar in very good condition. The neck of the lid is fitted with a clear rubberband so the neck doesn't fall too deep and get stuck. I highly recommend leaving a rubberband on the neck to prevent the lid from forming a tight fit ~ making it impossible to open.
