Description:
The Beckman Coulter MLA 80 is an ultra-centrifugal rotor with a fixed angle (fixed angle), designed for highest speeds and maximum centrifugal forces. With a maximum speed of 80,000 rpm and a relative centrifugal acceleration of up to 608,000 × g, this rotor is ideal for applications such as sedimentation of viruses, ribosomes, membrane fractions or nanoparticles with very small sample volumes.
The rotor has 6 places for tubes with a volume of 175 μl each and is designed for use in Beckman Optima ™ Ultra-Zentrifugen (such as L-100XP or L-90K). Made from high -strength titanium or anodized aluminum (depending on the model), the MLA offers 80 extreme stability and long service life - even with intensive routine use.
