Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement. Contracts for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals, with the exception of subscription contracts

Premature expiry of the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;

Contracts for the supply of goods if, after delivery, these goods have become inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature;

Contracts for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal has been removed after delivery;

Contracts for the purchase of digital content stored on a physical medium, provided that the customer has expressly agreed that the entrepreneur may begin performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has acknowledged that by giving his consent he loses his right of withdrawal.
