Carved Black Bakelite Brooch Pin 2 1/4" Square Cut-out Floral Flower Vintage 23g

This is a vintage carved black bakelite brooch pin that measures 2 1/4" square and features a cut-out style floral design. The back has a function pin closure that is drilled into the bakelite. The bakelite did not test with Simichrome as was expected with the black color. I did get a faint yellow reaction with 409. Carving grooves can be seen throughout.
