There are no returns or refunds on grocery items unless the product is different than what was ordered. However, if I don't have exactly what you ordered, your order will be canceled, and you will be promptly refunded. I'm sorry, I will not entertain "offers" for any of my listings. Prices are as marked. All grocery items are guaranteed fresh. I do not use dry ice for perishable orders, for safety reasons. "Colder than ice" gel packs are used instead and are guaranteed to remain frozen or partially frozen for at least 72 hrs, along with 1 1/2" thick medicinal grade A coolers. These are coolers that are manufactured specifically for the medical community and pharmacy community for obvious reasons. If "express shipping" is not selected by you for perishable orders at the time you place your order, your order may not arrive frozen but will still arrive either frozen, partially frozen or very cold and will still be extremely safe and may be refrozen upon delivery. Our "no returns or refunds on grocery items" refund/return apply to all perishable orders as well. Shipping charges for perishable orders include all packaging materials, non- returnable coolers that you get to keep and "colder than ice" gel packs that you get to keep and specially insulated outer white "perishable" boxes, and all other packaging materials and shipping/handling charges. On non-food order returns, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restock fee, or 50% restock fee if the order is not returned in the same condition as shipped, opened, damaged/defective or any of the like, or if a non- food order is returned for any reason other than seller error, i.e buyers' remorse, no longer wanted/needed, price issues, weight issues, any buyer error etc. Please read my entire refund policy or contact me with any concerns before placing your grocery order.
