The Leica Filtercube A (article number 513824) is a high-quality fluorescence filter cube that was designed for use in Leica fluorescence microscopes. This filter cube is optimized for the excitation area in the UV spectrum and is ideal for displaying fluorophores dyes such as dapi (4 ', 6-diamidine-2-phenylindol), which is often used for DNA coloring in cell kernels.
