Payments

• We accept PayPal only. For local pickup, we accept PayPal, Visa, Master, Interac and E-transfer. 
• All orders unpaid in 5 days will be cancelled automatically.

Shipping and Delivery (Canada and US)

• Parts, including CPUs, Hard Drives, Memories, Ethernet cards, Raid cards, HDD caddies, Motherboards, Video Cards, are SAME DAY Shipping. Enterprise Level Servers, Workstations and Switches are Next Day or Next Two-Day Shipping. 
• Same Day Shipping doesn't mean same day delivery. The delivery time depends on the buyer's area. Same Day Shipping cut-off time is 2PM (Eastern Time). If you need same day or next day delivery (Canada and US only), please contact us.
• Within Canada, we use Canada Post and Purolator. Buyers in Toronto, GTA, Southern Ontario and Great Montreal Area are expected to receive your order next day.
• Sorry no tracking for letter mails within Canada. Please be patient to wait for 1 week.
• We use USPS Priority or UPS Expedited to ship to US. The delivery time is 1-3 business days depending on the areas. For letter mails to US, we use USPS First Class with tracking. 

International Shipping (Outside of Canada and US)

• For international shipping, we offer Economic International shipping or UPS Expedited Worldwide. Both have tracking numbers. The delivery time of Economic International shipping is 2-4 weeks with tracking. The delivery time of UPS Expedited Worldwide is within 1 week. 
• International buyers are responsible for any customs duty or taxes might occur.

Local Pickup

• Our store is located in Markham, ON L3R 1B2. We offer free local pickup.
• Hours are Mon-Fri 10AM-8PM. By appointments only at weekend.
• We accept PayPal, Interac, Visa, Master and E-transfer. 
• As per eBay policy, we are not allowed to list our address and phone number before you place an order.
