Returns & Refund Policy

Cancellation & Returns:
You may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order within 14 working days after receiving the item. Please note that all returns are subject to a 15% handling/restocking charge.

Return Process:
To return an item, please contact us first, and we will provide you with detailed returns instructions. When sending back the parcel, please ensure it is clearly marked with your:

Refunds:
Once we receive the goods in an undamaged and resalable condition, we aim to process your refund via PayPal within 2-3 working days.

Return Postage:
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for all return postage costs.

Damage Claims

Any damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will unfortunately be dismissed. This allows us to raise any necessary claims with our courier service.
