The P78LCA-15000C is a Johnson Controls (PENN) P78 Series Dual Pressure Control with automatic reset, a 36-inch capillary tube, and a 6mm (1/4 in.) flare fitting. It features a splash-proof enclosure, a sight-set calibrated pressure adjustment, and is designed for high/low pressure cut-out, pump-down, condenser fan cycling, and capacity control in commercial refrigeration and air-conditioning systems. 
It has a low-pressure (LP) range of -0.5 to 7 bar (7 to 102 psi) and a high-pressure (HP) range of 3 to 30 bar (44 to 435 psi).
