Shipping & Delivery

* Auctions won or items purchased will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Typically we ship same day, depending on time of order.

Our shipping days and times are Monday through Friday 10a-6p Eastern time. Occasionally we ship on Saturdays.

If you require overnight or specialized shipping please contact us and we will do what we can to accommodate.

Please know that we take shipping very seriously and do all that we can to make sure products are carefully packaged and go out fast to get to you when you need them. We both buy and sell on this platform and completely understand the frustration of needing an item ASAP only to have it shipped days later. Or to have an item marked as shipped and still not in carrier possession for days.

If you would prefer to pick up in person at our store, we give that option for every listing. Just select local pickup on checkout.

Payments

All payments for auctions and products are processed through eBay payments. Payments must be finalized before shipping or local pickup. Transactions not finalized within 5 days of order date or auction winning will be cancelled and the item(s) will be relisted.

All sales tax is now handled by eBay, not us.

Warranty

Outside of eBay's listing classifications and conditions, we at DSI have internal classifications of conditions and how we handle warranty claims.

Each listing will have one of the following condition classes clearly defined in the listing description...

• BRAND NEW
Warranty covered by the original manufacturer (Not DSI).

• OPEN BOX
Warranty covered by the original manufacturer (Not DSI).

• OEM RECERTIFIED
Warranty covered by the original manufacturer (Not DSI).

• DSI REFURBISHED
Warranty covered by DSI within 30 days of purchase delivery or acquisition. DSI will replace purchased product with replacement of similar caliber and value or refund purchase price at DSI's discretion.

• AS-IS
No warranty provided. These listings are typically for products that haven't been tested, can't be tested, or are for parts only. As-is implies purchaser is fully aware of any risks and that DSI is NOT responsible for any assumptions of functionality, quality, or condition beyond what is shown in the pictures or listed in the description. Returns and warranty requests are NOT accepted for AS-IS listings. There are no refunds.

CLAIMS
For DSI Refurbished please contact us to make a warranty claim. We will do everything we can to resolve any issues.

Returns

We strive to maintain our 100% positive feedback and satisfaction rating. We have been in business for nearly two decades and have been selling on eBay for well over a decade. Without good customer service and support a business will not last.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us and allow us to work with you to make things right.

If for some reason a return is warranted or required the following are DSI return policies.

• Warranty returns must be pre-authorized by DSI. Please contact us first.

• Returns for refund must be initiated within 30 Days of delivery or acquisition.

• Non-warranty returns must be in original purchased condition, packaging, sealed (if applicable), and unused unless otherwise authorized.

• Returns will not be accepted without prior DSI authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location

• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• Non-warranty refunds are issued immediately after return inspection if return policy conditions are met.

• Warranty claim replacements or refunds are processed within 5 business days upon return delivery.

Condition

DSI condition classes explained...

• BRAND NEW
Never used, never opened (if sealed).

• OPEN BOX
Items have had their packaging opened for some reason. These items could be returned products that may or may not have been used, or floor models that have no (or minimal) wear and tear

• OEM RECERTIFIED
Refreshed, reconditioned, refurbished, recertified by the original product manufacturer or a certified third party. These items typically come with a manufacturer issued warranty.

• DSI REFURBISHED
Items used prior and reconditioned by our staff of industry certified technicians. Our refurbishing procedure and policy has been updated and polished throughout our years of operation to ensure the highest level of quality while maintaining competitive pricing. At DSI there truly is a big difference between "refurbished" and DSI Refurbished.

• AS-IS
Items conditioned beyond serviceability and / or items we simply can't test, repair, source parts for, or simply beyond the scope of our expertise. We fully disclose all we know about these items, nothing more, nothing less.

Grade

DSI grading explained...

Grading is important for a couple reasons. Not only does it provide clearer transparency for the purchaser, but it also contributes to our pricing policy and procedure. We want you to be fully informed about what you are buying and this information ensures we price products accordingly.

We break grading up into two separate considerations, physical condition which covers appearance ('C') and functional condition ('F') which covers usability. Each having 5 possible grades. A grading of C1F1 represents excellent appearance and functionality and C5F5 represents poor appearance and functionality.

If condition is "BRAND NEW" grading is assumed as we typically don't open sealed products

Condition (C)

1 = Excellent: Near new or new. No wear or very light barely noticeable. No scratches, chips, or dents.
2 = Great: Light wear not obvious. Light scratches, chips, or dents.
3 = Good: Clear signs of wear. Some scratches, chips, or dents. Nothing broken.
4 = Fair: User stickers / paint fading. Major scratches, chips, or dents. Cracks.
5 = Poor: Broken parts, missing pieces.

Function (F)

1 = Excellent: Near new or new. 90%+ battery health. All OEM components.
2 = Great: 70%+ battery health. Everything works as intended.
3 = Good: 50%+ battery health. Screen dimmer or hinges not as tight, but all still works.
4 = Fair: May have a weak or non-working part / function, but can be worked around.
5 = Poor: Missing or broken critical components / parts.
