Best way is to send your original cluster for data cloning to new dash, but I can set it with the options above, and more

If not notified, it'll come with 300,000km and whatever base settings it had in the previous car

If vehicle details are not provided, and you need to send it back for reprogramming, a few of $50 will apply.

If there is an issue with the programming, and you provided the correct details, then there is no programming charge.

If you wish to return it, and it isn't faulty, there is a $50 restocking fee, which will be taken from the refund amount
