Order before 3:30pm for next day delivery to mainland UK addresses (excluding weekends).

We use APC tracked delivery, where on the morning of delivery you will receive a 1 hour time slot for convenience.

For non-mainland UK addresses, such as Northern Ireland, Isle Of Wight, North Scotland etc, please allow an extra 24-48 hours extra for delivery.

For international deliveries, please send us an eBay message where we can send you a shipping quote.

We offer a no-quibble 30 day returns policy for goods no longer required. To return your order back to us, navigate to your purchase history and click "return an item" where you have the option to purchase an eBay returns label that will be deducted from your refund upon return. For goods no longer required/ordered incorrectly the buyer is responsible for any returns costs.

Please ensure that you send back the good(s) in original packaging and in unused condition. In the event that we receive goods back used, tampered with or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or make a necessary deduction.

If your order is incompatible and you would like a replacement, please send us an eBay message where we will endeavour to find you the correct part where possible. Please note that we are required to refund goods upon return, therefore we encourage you to re-order the correct product from us if required urgently.

If you have received your order damaged, please contact us with a picture of the damage, the inner & outer packaging as well as the postage label within 48 hours of receipt. Once we receive this, we are able to provide you with a refund or replacement at the earliest opportunity. In most cases we would not require your item back, however if we do we will provide you with a freepost returns label to send the product(s) back at your convenience.

If you have received the wrong product from us, please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to ship out the correct replacement as well as provide our own returns label to obtain the incorrect order back. Please do not open an eBay return if you would like a replacement, as we are required to refund you upon return within the eBay returns platform.

In the unlikely event that your product has become faulty under warranty, we ask that you provide us with photos/videos of the fault and a garage receipt/report of the work carried out and a detailed explanation. Once we have assessed the documents we will provide a no quibble replacement or refund. Please note that our warranty only covers the cost of the part - We do not cover garage fees.
