Payment

Cancellation & Modification

Shipping

If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased directly from our official AICase eBay store, please follow these steps for a return:

What’s Covered:

- Original item may need to be returned for evaluation or development purposes.  
- For combo packages, only the defective item will be replaced, not the entire package.

What’s Not Covered:  
- Normal wear and tear.  
- Damages caused by misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accidents, abuse, or abnormal usage.  
- Installation failure or user carelessness.  
- Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use.  
- Damage from improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance.  
- Modifications or alterations made to the product.  
- Non-AICase products used in connection with the product.
