Most modules, ECU, ICC units and dash clusters and other computer parts may require programming even if the part numbers match your vehicle. They will need to be programmed by a technician with the compatible software.

Most units will only be compatible if the part numbers on your unit matches.

Shipping

We deliver parts Australia wide. Local pickup is available for all items.

For all large items (Engines, transmissions and differentials) you will need to contact us to obtain a quote for shipping before purchase.

Small items will be sent with Australia Post with tracking information.

Please allow 1-3 business days for dispatch of your order.

We do not cover any damage made to orders during transit.

Returns

Parts will only be accepted back in the condition at the time of purchase.

All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.

It is up to the customer to ensure the purchase of the correct part for their make and model, we will not be held responsible for any implied representations.

Panels, parts and wheels are sold as inspected and once fitted the part cannot be returned.

You are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind or make a wrong choice.

Retain your tax invoice/receipt as any claims, warranty or trade-in will not be allowed unless proof of purchase is provided.

Terms of warranty are accepted as part of the sale.

All engines, gearboxes and differentials come with a standard 3-month warranty. For our full warranty, please visit our website.

All other items come with a standard 30-day warranty.
