The manufacturers describe these as 220V 20W 350-400nm, I can vouch that they are 220V and somewhere in the 350-400nm wavelength but cant measure the 20W. 

I'll send these as well boxed as I can, so they get to you safe.

These are screw in bulbs, ( E27 or Edison 27 )  most bulbs are bayonet mount, I can supply the correct mounting units if you cant find some yourself.
