What is a Garmin Recertified Device?

Garmin® Recertified devices are products that have been returned to Garmin for a variety of reasons. These returned devices go through a recertification process that includes an extensive testing procedure to bring them up to the same specifications as when they were manufactured as new, maintaining Garmin’s high-quality standards.
