Collection is available from Birmingham by prior arrangement.

Customers may also upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm at checkout, where this service is available. Additional delivery charges will apply.

Every key is checked, tested and securely packaged before dispatch.

Cutting and Programming

This key must be professionally cut and programmed to the vehicle before it will operate.

Many main dealers only programme genuine keys supplied through their own parts departments and may not accept aftermarket keys. We therefore recommend confirming this with a qualified automotive locksmith before ordering.

Customers may bring their vehicle to our Birmingham premises by appointment. A mobile service may also be available within a 20-mile radius of Birmingham, subject to availability and an additional call-out charge.

Battery Notice

Some remote keys may be supplied with a coin-cell battery already fitted. As batteries have a limited shelf life, the charge level and remaining lifespan cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend having a new, good-quality replacement battery available before programming or using the key.
