If you would prefer faster delivery, you may choose one of the following options:

1. 👍Declared-value customs clearance & commercial express courier: approx. 7–14 working days. Import duties and VAT are not included; buyers are responsible for customs clearance and any applicable charges. As commercial express is costly, an additional £20–50 surcharge may apply depending on item size.

2. 👍Other declaration preferences (approx. 14–21 working days): if you have other declaration preferences to reduce overall cost, we will endeavour to accommodate them and in most cases can fully offset customs clearance costs; however, customs may occasionally reassess a shipment and levy extra charges, which remain the buyer’s responsibility, though this is generally a very low-probability event.


‼️For US buyers, we offer a special route with import charges included to help reduce total cost, with estimated delivery of about 25–35 days; faster upgrades are available on request.


‼️For EU and other regions, the low-cost taxes-included route may not be available; we can follow a cost-saving declaration option by customer request (with the same rare reassessment risk borne by the buyer) or a standard true-value commercial courier option, which may cost slightly more for shipping and will require applicable duties/VAT.

1) About the Store & Inventory

• I am a long-time collector of Transformers, with a strong passion for premium articulated figures and finely crafted statues.

• The store is operated from the UK, with an additional warehouse in China. All items listed come from these two inventory locations. By placing an order, you confirm that you understand and accept our dual-warehouse fulfilment arrangement. Please refer to the “Estimated delivery date” shown on the item page as the final delivery reference.

• Shipments are regularly transferred from the China warehouse to the UK warehouse; however, due to market demand, the majority of items are usually stored in China (thank you for your understanding).



2) Shipping Fees & Regional Differences

• Shipping costs are calculated based on item size/weight and destination.

• Some regions may incur higher shipping costs due to carrier coverage or route constraints. If the final cost is significantly above the norm, we will contact you to discuss either covering the difference or cancelling the order.

• For certain oversized or special items, shipping options may be limited. If you have a preferred delivery method, please contact the seller before purchase.



3) Shipping & Tracking

• We only use reliable and trackable logistics services approved by eBay: international carriers such as UPS / Cainiao / 4PX, and UK domestic services such as DPD / DHL / Royal Mail.

• Commitment: We never use unverified carriers outside eBay’s tracking system. Every order comes with a valid tracking number, so you can follow your item’s journey at any time.



4) Product Source & Substitution Policy

• We collaborate with trusted private collectors, and all product images are actual photographs of the items.

• As we operate across multiple platforms, in rare cases an item may be sold elsewhere before being updated here.

• Should this occur:

• We will inform you immediately. If you still wish to proceed, and with your explicit consent, we may provide a higher-grade substitute (e.g. 95% near-mint → 98–99% near-mint / near-new to new).

• If you prefer not to accept a substitute, the order can be cancelled and refunded in full.



5) Pre-Owned Items – Transparency & Unboxing Policy

• All pre-owned items are photographed individually, with any known damage or issues clearly described. Please read carefully before purchase.

• We are committed to honest and transparent sales – no hidden faults will be concealed.

• Multiple stock disclaimer: For pre-owned items in excellent condition where we hold more than one unit, we may not re-photograph each unit individually. This is because repeated unsealing may affect the condition. We guarantee that, aside from the possible absence of some accessory polybags, the quality will fully match the described condition.

• Buyer protection tip: We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video upon receipt to secure your rights (e.g. verifying completeness or detecting transit damage).


Important QC / Factory Defect Disclaimer (applies to BOTH new & pre-owned items):

• We are not responsible for original manufacturer defects / factory QC issues (e.g. paint variation, tolerance issues, loose joints, minor molding marks, imperfect assembly). These are inherent production risks of the brand/batch.

• Please make sure you understand the known QC profile of the product/brand before purchase. If you are highly sensitive to factory imperfections, we recommend confirming details with us in advance.


Unreasonable claims:

• Claims such as requesting returns after a long delay, or concealing parts and reporting them as missing, will not be compensated.

• If you provide an unboxing video proving the issue was present upon delivery, we will take full responsibility within eBay policy. Otherwise, disputes will be handled through eBay’s Resolution Centre.



6) Returns & Transit Damage

• If pre-dispatch photos/videos confirm the item was intact at shipment, but damage occurs during transit:

• We will actively assist you in liaising with the courier for claims or resolution.

• However, if the damage is not attributable to the seller, the store cannot directly assume responsibility.

• If you still wish to return an item in such cases:

• Return postage will be borne by the buyer.

• Refund details (e.g. depreciation, shipping, or platform charges) will be discussed and agreed upon with you in accordance with eBay policy.



7) Order Placement & Cancellation

• We genuinely understand that unexpected factors can affect your decision after an order has been placed. If this happens, we fully respect your situation.

• However, we do not accept cancellation requests made more than 12 hours after the order is placed, because our warehouse usually begins processing and arranging handover to international logistics carriers after this time window.
